Marisa Fenske becomes the bride of Bryant Bezon

LEETONIA - Marisa Fenske became the bride of Bryant Bezon in a 2 p.m. June 13 ceremony at St. Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Thomas Eisweirth officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mary Ellen Pizzino and Fred and Susan Fenske, all of Salem.

The groom is the son of Bob and Janet Bezon, Salem.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents the bride wore a light gold, strapless A-line corset gown featuring a fully beaded bodice with Swarovski crystals and a chapel-length train. Her fingertip-length veil was trimmed with Swarovski crystals. She carried a hand-tied garden bouquet of rubrum lilies and ivory, scarlet and soft pink roses accented with lemon leaves and tied with ivory organza ribbon.

Serving her sister as maid of honor was Tracy Amigo, Worthington, in a pomegranate gown.

In matching gowns were bridesmaids Wendy McPherson, Hilliard, Casey Fenske and Jen Pitts, sister of the bride, both of Salem, Amy Lane, sister of the bride, Beloit, and Lisa Bezon, sister-in-law of the groom. Junior bridesmaid was Morgan Amigo, Worthington, niece of the bride. Brooke McPherson, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.

Frank Bezon, brother of the groom, Salem, served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Bezon, brother of the groom, and Chad Keating, both of Salem, Jim Martin, Poland, Josh Melitschka, Cleveland, and Justin Lucas, Atlanta, Ga. Junior groomsmen were Brooks and Jacob Bezon, Salem, nephews of the groom. Graham McPherson, nephew of the bride, and Zachary Bezon, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearers.

Readers at the ceremony were Jody McCracken and Risa Smith. Music was proved by organist Joe McKim with vocal selections by Sue Vollmar.

Approximately 200 guests attended a reception at the Salem Golf Club.

Following a honeymoon to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Salem.

The bride graduated from Salem High School and received a bachelor's degree in education from Ohio University and a master's in administration from Ashland University. She is a fourth-grade teacher at United Local.

The groom also graduated from Salem High School and from the University of Toledo with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed as a warehouse manager for Haltec Corporation.
