WINONA - Katrina Brye became the bride of Preston Moon, Dec. 28, in a ceremony performed by Rev. Randall Heckert, Malone University chaplain, at Sagura Buttes, Tucson, Ariz.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Courtney Brye, Winona.
The groom is the son of Paul Moon, Utah; and Alison Saba, Scottsdale, Ariz.

The bride wore an a-line cap sleeve dress embellished with Alencon lace and rhinestones with a fingertip veil. The wedding party carried bouquets of freesia, white roses and hyacinths accented with blue tipped silk ribbons.
Ensign Julie Reichel served as maid of honor in a marine blue silk dress.
In matching dresses were bridesmaids Ensign Alexandria Moreland Sovie, Mellay Gardner, Madison Schwan, sister of the groom; Angela Brye, sister-in-law of the bride; 2nd Lt. Emile Prosko, and Katy Miller.
Matthew Harwood performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Jeb Beard, Brennen Jeppesen, Jose Robaina, Landon Irvine, and Taylor Moon, brother of the groom.
Sword arch participants were Captain Eric Brye, USMC, LT.j. G Jordan Brye, USN, Cadet Brendan Brye, AROTC, Capt. Steven Wieneke, and Brig. Gen. Harwood, USAF.
The bride is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a degree in astronautical engineering and a commission as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Air Force. She is currently deployed in Afghanistan. She will return to Tinker Air Force Base where she serves as a propulsion engineer for F/16 engines.
The groom is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a degree in aeronautical engineering and a commission as a 2nd Lt. in the United States Air Force. He is currently based in undergraduate pilot training at Vance Air Force Base, Enid, Okla.
