EAST LIVERPOOL - Kimberly Mineard became the bride of Michael Steiner on Sept. 2 at the First Christian Church in Chester, W.Va.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Mineard, Las Vegas, N.V.
The groom is the son of Patricia Steiner, North Industry, and the late Carl Steiner.

The ceremony was performed by Minister Phil Fairchild officiated the ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Elizabeth Somerset, Bowie, Md., served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Shannon Rhoades, Weirton, W.Va.; Stephanie Mineard, sister of the bride, Martinsburg, W.Va.; and Bethany Cowart, sister of the bride, Chester, W.Va. Flower girls were Keira and Aryanna Walters, nieces of the bride, Martinsburg, W.Va.
Performing the duties of best man was Charles Dickerson, East Sparta. Groomswoman was Jasmine Steiner, daughter of the groom, Kent. Ushers were Jeff Click, New Cumberland, W.Va.; and Tim Fenton, Chester, W.Va.. Ring bearers were Brayden Mineard and Jaylen Cowart, nephews of the bride, both of Chester, W.Va.
Amber and Brittany Mineard, Hookstown, Pa., cousins of the bride, registered guests and distributed balloons.
Bob Calhoun, Weirton, W.Va., gave a reading, and Wayne and Heidi Berk, St. Clairsville, provided special music.
The bride is currently employed as a case manager at the Wheeling Homeless Coalition.
The groom is employed as a union operating engineer with Local 18 in Akron.
After a honeymoon in Virginia Beach, Va. the couple reside in East Liverpool.
