LISBON - Jeff Coil, Lisbon, and Charlene Dell, Columbiana, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelli M. Coil, to James R. Miller, son of Ross and Virginia Miller, Bloomingdale.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School and is self-employed.
Her fiance is a graduate of Indian Creek High School and earned an associate's degree in electrical engineering at Jefferson Community College. He is employed at CMCO, Salem.
