ROGERS - Mr. and Mrs. David Burson celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on June 1. A celebration in their honor, hosted by their daughter and grandchildren, was held June 24 at the Middleton Township Fish and Game.
The former Sara Heaton, daughter of Ed and Irene Heaton, married David Burson, son of Samuel and Rebecca Burson, on June 1, 1957 at the home of Grant and Ida Mae Kale, Rogers. The Rev. Bill Savors performed the ceremony.
Mr. Burson was employed as a truck driver.

Mrs. Burson was a homemaker.
They have one daughter, Carla Sue Kaufman, New Waterford, and six grandchildren.
