EAST LIVERPOOL - Harry and Mary Skelton, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Wilson, to Robert Allgood, son of the late Thurman Allgood, Wellsville.
The bride-elect is a 2007 graduate of Buckeye On-line School for Success and a 2010 graduate of Kent State University with bachelor's degrees in computer technology and business administration. She is currently employed as a help desk technician at Buckeye On-line School for Success.
Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Kent State University with a degree in justice studies. He is currently employed at KSU at East Liverpool in the maintenance and custodial department.
