EAST LIVERPOOL - Natalie Nikole Saracco and Andrew Steven Garver were united in marriage on June 23 at the East Liverpool First United Methodist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Randall and Chicki Saracco, East Liverpool.
The groom is the son of Mark and Janet Garver, Columbus.

Pastor Dale Sutton officiated the marriage.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory floor length gown with a soft sweetheart neckline. The dress featured beadwork and embroidery sewn onto the netting and a Duchess Silk pleated sash. She carried a bouquet of pink stargazer lilies and roses.
Alexa Saracco, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor and Megan Ellis, served as matron of honor in floor length charcoal gowns with flower embellishes over one shoulder. In matching gowns were bridesmaids Jenna Boscarillo, Maxine Rockhold, Abbie Bardon and Hannah Cox.
Brothers of the groom, Adam and Matt Garver, performed the duties of best men. Groomsmen included Timothy Tulloss, and cousins of the groom, Dan Fuchik and Zach Fuchik.
A reception followed at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of Beaver Local High School. She completed her education at The Ohio State University and is a physical scientist in the forensic science field.
The groom is also an Ohio State graduate and finished his education at Syracuse University College of Law and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He is a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.
Following a honeymoon to Jamaica, the couple resides in Washington D.C.
