Dale Lee Evans, 57 of Lisbon, Ohio died at his home on Friday, December 7, 2012 after suddenly becoming ill.
He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on January 27, 1954 and was a son of the late Oley J. and Evelyn P. (Yost) Evans.
Living his entire life in this area, he was a 1973 graduate of East Liverpool High School and was a member of the American Pool Association and the BCA. Dale worked on the small bag line at Ohio Pet Foods in Lisbon for the past 11 years, last working on Friday.
His wife, Marlene (Hall) Evans, whom he married on August 21, 1974 survives him at home.
Also surviving him is his son: Anthony D.L. Evans and his wife Missy of Lisbon, OH; his daughter: Jessica Ann Criss and her husband Ronald of Wellsville, OH; one sister: Patty Ann Watson and her husband Tom of East Liverpool, OH and his two granddaughters: Sabrina Marie Evans and Faith Lynn Evans.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son: Michael Lee Evans; one granddaughter: Kaylee Marie Evans and one brother: Bobby Dean Evans.
Services will be held at the Calcutta Chapel of the Martin MacLean Altmeyer Funeral Homes on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Irvin Hoover of Bethel United Presbyterian Church officiating.
Burial will follow in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
The family will be present to receive friends at the funeral home in Calcutta on Monday, December 10, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8PM
