EAST LIVERPOOL - Rachel Lin Howard and Joshua Gail Beagle were united in marriage on Oct. 6 at Northside Church, East Liverpool.
Pastor David Brown, friend of the family, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Jack and Janess Howard, Wellsville.

The groom is the son of Randy and Susan Beagle, New Manchester, W.Va.
Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a strapless fairy tale ballgown of tulle and glitter net over taffeta, featuring a sweetheart neckline accented with sparkling crystal beading and rhinestones. She carried a bouquet of white roses, with crystal centers accented with stephanotis.
Whitney Winters and Heather Murphy served as maid and matron of honor, respectively, in strapless champagne colored tea length dresses. Also in champagne colored dresses were bridesmaids, Tatum Schneidmiller and Rachel Blackburn, both of East Liverpool. Reagan Edwards, New Cumberland, W.Va., cousin of the groom, served as flower girl.
Performing duties of best man was Tony Kirk, New Cumberland, W.Va. Groomsmen were Ryan Beagle and Shawn Beagle, Weirton, W.Va., brothers of the groom; and Jordan Chisler, Daybrook, W.Va., cousin of the groom. Ushers were Aaron Coxen, New Cumberland, W.Va.; and Taylor Gilmer, Weirton, W.Va.
A reception attended by approximately 200 guests followed at the Dutch Village Inn.
The bride is a graduate of East Liverpool Christian School and Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in psychology. She plans to attend Waynesburg University to obtain a master's degree. She is currently employed in merchandising at JCP.
The groom is a graduate of Oak Glen High School and attended West Virginia University. He currently works for Chisler Inc.
Following a honeymoon in Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple resides in Morgantown, W.Va.
