The East Palestine Class of 2015 held its annual Winter Carnival fundraiser Saturday. Nine-year-old Damian Jackson of East Palestine scores some strikes with a throw or two in the milk bottle knock down game. Cheering on her brother is 6-year-old Jaylene.
