SALEM - Heather Evans became the bride of Thomas Channell on May 25 during a double-ring ceremony at the Lakehouse Inn in Geneva.
The bride is the daughter of Dale and Cathie Evans, Salem.
The groom is the son of Randy Channell, Mentor; and the late Christine Channell.

Escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore an ivory slim line gown of charmeuse satin with an English lace overlay. She also wore an ivory veil and carried a bouquet of miniature mint green pinwheels.
Grace McQueeney-Penamonte served as maid of honor in a black dress. In matching dresses were bridemaids Kalie Flanders, Michelle Alexander and Julia Costanzo.
Performing the duties of best man was Sean Brady. Groomsmen were Josh Urbanski, Ken Stray and Matt Urian.
A reception for 60 guests followed at the Lakehouse Inn and Winery.
The bride graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's in speech pathology and audiology. She also earned a master's in speech-language pathology from The Ohio State University. She is employed as a pediatric speech-language pathologist.
The groom also graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor's in business marketing. He is employed as a sales representative.
A rehearsal dinner was held at the Old Firehouse Winery.
The couple resides in Eastlake.
