The Fur Tree

December 17, 2013
Morning Journal News

CHAT (Citizens for Humane Animal Treatment) has once again placed the Fur Tree near the front entrance of Thompson Park in East Liverpool. According to CHAT president Carol Chaffee, people who have lost a pet write their name on a sock or mitten and place them on the tree. The socks and mittens are free. This is the eighth year CHAT has placed the pet memorial in the park.
