Lisbon’s fifth annual “Zombie Crawl” and trunk or treat will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the village’s historic downtown. Entertainment All Stars will be on hand from 1 p.m. to airbrush face paintings. Lisbon Grange will be offering free ice cream at the courthouse parking lot, and the chamber will also be offering free hot dogs.
